Dr Garth Graham: Hi, my name is Garth Graham. I'm a cardiologist and director and global head of healthcare and public health at Google/ YouTube. My session is going to be a misinformation on the Internet. We're going to be talking about a lot of interesting things here. We're going to be talking about information as a determinant of health and how information helps to drive our community health and public health outcomes. We're going to describe and identify the role of misinformation as a determinant of health, and more importantly, identify proactive steps that clinicians and other healthcare leaders can take to tackle this information.

Listen, it's important for us to understand all of the kinds of different ways that we can improve our patients' lives and improve the lives of our community. And having and getting high-quality information out to communities has to be a part of that. So hopefully, you'll enjoy our overall discussion around this particular topic, but more importantly, as I said before, learn ways in which you, as individual healthcare leaders, can take steps to tackle proactively misinformation online.
