Dr Garth Graham: Hi, my name is Garth Graham, I'm a cardiologist and director and global head of healthcare and public health at Google/ YouTube.
I hope you all enjoyed the session on misinformation on the internet and learned about the proactive steps that clinicians and other healthcare leaders can take to tackle misinformation. We delved into some interesting topics, particularly around how information and technology can help to drive community outcomes, and talked a lot about the ways in which we as healthcare providers, and healthcare leaders can really come together to both tackle issues around misinformation and disinformation as we identified and defined in this session. So lots for us to do, and hopefully lots that we all learned collectively together around ways in which we can help improve the lives of our patients and communities by improving the quality of information that they receive.
