Researchers conducted a survey to pinpoint the source of physician mistreatment in the workplace. From their findings, they found that the most common source of physician mistreatment was patients and visitors (16.6%) and the second most common being other physicians (7.1%).1 The survey aimed to shed light on the importance of having a system put in place to improve occupational well-being.
